Description: independent villa in Broncu Gatto locality, near to Torre delle Stelle. The villa has a shared entrance with Villa Andromeda. The villa is composed by a large living room with fireplace, kitchen, large bathroom, one master bedroom, and one bedroom with one small double bed. From the house and garden there are spectacular views across the sea and the wonderful Genn'e Mari beach.

Endowment: the kitchen includes a gas stove with four burners and an oven, refrigerator with freezer. The living room is comfortable with a large dining table, settee and tv. There is an outside terrace with furniture for outside dining and a large patio area with barbeque. There is an outside washroom with a washing machine

The villa comprise a large living room with wood stove, independent fully fitted kitchen, modern bathroom, one master bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a further two double bedrooms. There is an outside washroom with a washing machine.

Endowment: the kitchen is brand new and includes a gas stove with five burners and an oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and ample storage space and cooking equipment.
